The HD Automated Vacuum Control System has been recently redesigned for ease of use, smaller footprint, improved functionality, and a streamlined look. It comes preset with five inches of mercury differential for the automatic function. You can easily change the levels with a simple turn of the screw on the switch.

The HD Automated Vacuum Control System is designed to monitor & maintain vacuum on any vacuum press. You can operate multiple presses at once. The Vacuum Controller comes equipped with a removable filter, an easily adjustable preset switch, and a toggle control. The toggle control allows you to set the vacuum controller to operate the vacuum pump automatically or manually, with an on-off-auto switch.

Our newest version of the Vacuum Control System has integrated the ports for additional pumps. You may need extra tubing if you have a complex setup, but you won't need the easy connect kits that were previously required for the first edition.

It is powerful enough to operate multiple presses at the same time. The HD AVCS is what streamlined vacuum press operations have been waiting for.

You will need to acquire a vacuum pump to run this system. We recommend the following three pumps - based on what you will be pressing you will have to decide which will work best for you:
