You may return most new or unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus original shipping cost. Items with free shipping will have the actual cost of shipping deducted from the refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (otherwise return shipping is at buyer's expense).
Your return for refund will not be accepted if:
Damaged in shipping - We're so sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition. Please follow the returns process below and attach a photo of the damage to your return request email. We will exchange or replace the damaged item upon inspection.
Defective - Please follow the returns process below and select defective as your return reason. Defective items will be exchanged at our expense if the item is received within 30 days of your order date. Defective items returned outside that period will be returned at the customer's expense and a store credit issued for the value of the item. Please note some items only have a 30 day exchange warranty. Be sure to check the description of the item for warranty information. This excludes fair wear and tear. We may require you to return the item before we can send a replacement.
