Are you looking for the easiest way to produce a curved, comfortable holster? Is your current process taking too long without good results?
We have the solution! The HD curved holster jig is engineered for vacuum forming applications. Now you can quickly and easily make high quality comfortable holsters and get the same results every time.
How to reset your foam: Put in the oven at 180°F for 20 minutes - air cool. It should recover about 90%. You should also be able to go back and press over that again without resetting the foam. The foam should reform to whatever you are pressing each time without leaving impressions from the previous press.
Just started making holsters and was really losing definition and the "click" shen trying to put the hip bend in with a heat gun aftefwards. This product is essential to making good professional looking holsters. Thanks!
Its awesome. I will be purchasing a few more things soon
Great product. Can’t wait to use it over and over again. Worked as described.
Superb product. I am getting excellent results. Very happy with it thus far.
The HD curved jig works perfectly in my custom vacuum former. Its low profile design was just what I needed and I like that the foam is velcro in place, no need to constantly adjust the foam.
Simple, easy to use, uniform in shape! I don’t even own an HD press, but now wish I would have bought theirs! If their press works half as well as the Jig, you’ll make the best purchase ever for your holster making needs. If you purchase this jig, you will NOT be disappointed.
The curved jig works great when molding holsters. The only bad part is the back of the holster is flat so we have to bone the back in after we mold the holster.
Love the curved jig! For the price it would be nice to get an extra foam with it.
Easy to use, no guess work, foam can be changed so there's no wasted product
A must have if you are vacuum forming!
Needed one that was longer than the one we had. This worked out perfect. Thank you
Love it great construction
Quality item, very well made. I have not got to use it yet.
Products preform flawless as do all the products Victor puts out.
This is a must have. If you add anything to your press, make it the curved jig.
great to deal with!
We tried out the curved jig for a project we had recently and it worked fantastic. Couldn't have made the consistent curve to fit the body without it. Would recommend for anyone looking to put a professional curve on their holsters.
Only have done a couple on it but its been working great and doing what its meant to do.
The HD curve jig is a an awesome design and very helpful to holster makers. I definitely give this product a 5 star rating. The air channels that run along the bottom of the jig allow for a more precise definition during the molding process. It was one of the best investments that I've made and would recommend it to any hobbiest or anyone in the holster business!!
Great product and fast shipping! You've got yourself a returning customer for sure!
Q: I'm having trouble getting the lid to stay closed when pressing the curved jig with a full sized gun mold on the medium/small HD Press.
A: You can reduce tension by taking unused parts off the blue gun (make sure all edges in contact with membrane are rounded out). You may also need to break in your membrane first for optimal pressing.
Q: Is the curved jig intended for use with an unsplit blue gun?
A: Yes, the intended use is with a full gun mold.
Q: Do you need to use the heat board with this jig?
A: The heat sink board should be used at all times to protect the body of the press from excessive heat.
Q: Could this mold be used with a foam press instead of vacuum press?
A: It is only designed for use with a vacuum press. You can use it in other applications, but the results may not be optimal.
